Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council seeks research director
The Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council has an opening for a research director. The research director will be the principal administrator responsible for developing and implementing statistical analysis and fiscal modeling policies and procedures for the Council. SPAC is currently working with the Pew-MacArthur Results First Initiative cost-benefit analysis (CBA) model. A working knowledge of CBA is required. Building on the work done to populate the CBA model with Illinois data, the research director will be responsible for developing a statistical model to produce system-wide fiscal impact statements for sentencing policy and legislative proposals.
